Germ theory vs Terrain theory
germ theory:
assumption the body is sterile
assumption a bacteria/virus enters the body, infects and causes a disease
assumption a symptom is bad and should be suppressed
assumption a medicine/vaccine is a fix to alleviate/prevent an infection and diseaseterrain theory:
body is a machine full of different bacteria, toxins etc
symptoms are good and could be a sign of healing/repairing/detoxing (eg cough, sneeze, high fever, diarrhoea, cold, flu etc) or like a notification that there is a problem with toxins/poisons/malnutrition/dehydration etc (eg headache, depression etc)
a healthy body is a functioning machine with good nutrition and hydration which can maintain the system and remove the toxins/poisons, otherwise there could be build up of toxins in fats and tissues (like when symptoms are suppressed by medication)
